JUSTIÇA INTERGERACIONAL, RESPONSABILIDADE E SUSTENTABILIDADE: CONSEQUENCIALISMO EM MATÉRIA TRABALHISTA E PREVIDENCIÁRIA

Having as a research problem the notorious deficit of legal debate on intergenerational issues in lawsuits that involve questions about justice, responsibility and sustainability, this study affirms obligation parties judge to address future consequences decisions issued benefiting social rights (notably work security) with individual, collective or diffuse effects (especially erga omnes effectiveness), especially after reinforcement brought by consequentialism positivized art. 20 LINDB (in wording Law No. 13.655/2018).
